At Hinrichs Financial Corporate Benefits, LLC ("HFCB"), we recognize that our relationship with you is based on integrity and trust. Maintaining your trust and confidence is of paramount importance. We are extremely careful with how we use or share your personal information and we require anyone with whom we share your personal information to protect it. Customer information that we may share is done so to provide you with excellent customer service and may include data such as your name, address, social security number and income as provided on applications or census data.

 

We only disclose information with unaffiliated third parties as required or permitted by law. Please be certain that we take measures to ensure that they use it solely for the purpose for which it was shared. These unaffiliated third parties may include: (1) companies that perform services to your account that we do not provide ourselves such as information technology, (2) companies that provide services necessary to effect a transaction that you request or to service your account or (3) government agencies, courts, parties to lawsuits, or regulators in response to subpoenas. In such cases, we share only the information that we are required or authorized to share.

 

C. Safeguarding Your Data and Confidentiality

We restrict access to personal information about you to those employees who need to know that information to provide products and services to you. Our employees have limited access to your personal information based upon their responsibilities and are not only instructed to protect the confidentiality of your personal information, but are required to sign a confidentiality agreement attesting that they understand the importance of protecting your personal information. We maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards that comply with federal regulations to guard your personal information.
